Well, it’s no secret that lately I’ve been a bit preoccupied! I have been working super hard to get my website ready to showcase, and I am proud to say, it’s done!!! I firmly believe things happen for a reason, and the path I am on now is one that makes me wake up each day with a smile in my heart. Putting together my passion for all things photography, and (limited) technology know how has not always been easy. Let me just say thank god for video tutorials. I have definitely learned a lot over the last couple of weeks, and I have added to my I.T and design skills!
There are a lot of little things that need doing that you just don’t think about, or simply aren’t aware of, when you decide to strike out, grab that inner courage, and go for it. My list of things to do just seemed to grow bigger every day, but I tackled each task with excitement and I really believe it opened up my creative window a heck of a lot. I get to be ME, and I get to show others what this means, and that is super awesome in itself. If you get to put your heart and soul into doing something you love, then it’s not a job, and you can count yourself as one of the lucky few who wake up each day with vitality and exuberance for life. And I’m finally happy to say, I’m one of the lucky few 🙂
Bit by bit I have created and built my brand, but I haven’t done it alone… I’ve had help along the way. From the very start from my dad who gave me my first camera, to Chinelle at Branded Love who gave me a fantastic base to work from, to my family for letting me constantly stick my camera in their faces for the past handful of years while I turned a hobby into something more, to my beautiful friends who give me support and feedback, and to my partner who spoils me on birthdays and at xmas by giving me ‘this is the last one I swear’ lenses! I couldn’t have done it without any of them, they are wonderful people themselves who all have a drive and a passion of their own and that is something motivating and inspirational to me. It makes me want to work harder, and I’d just like to say thanks for all your support and encouragement!
